FM Solutions for Alstom Power, Inc.

The FM Solutions Division of Commonwealth Architects is currently providing on-site project management for Alstom Power, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia. Due to corporate restructuring, a consolidation of local operations into two campuses was required. These changes included revised departmental adjacencies and movement of staff. FM Solutions was called upon to supplement Alstom Power’s internal Facilities staff as projects developed to accommodate the reorganization.

The FM Solutions Project Manager performs administrative, strategic, and tactical duties, including:

FM Solutions’ experience in accommodating rapid churn and consolidation, coupled with strong relationships with local vendors allowed our staff to integrate quickly with the staff at Alstom. Our mobile technology adds the further benefit of traveling to and working from any Alstom Power site.
