FM Solutions for Trigon

The FM Solutions Division of Commonwealth Architects is currently providing on-site program and project management services to the Administrative Services Division of Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Serving as the Owner’s Representative, the FM Solutions staff performs administrative, strategic, and tactical duties, as well as day-to-day contract and property management services on behalf of the Building Operations and Corporate Real Estate Departments. Responsibilities include:

• Project and Schedule Management
• Process Management and RFQ/RFP Development
• Property Management/Tenant Relationship Management
• Contract Management:
  • Hospitality/Food Service, Janitorial/Housekeeping, Vending, Recycling/Shredding, and Plants
• Database Management:
  • CAFM/CMMS Software Implementation and Access Database Development
• ASD Project Lead/Liaison for Data Center Relocation
• Facilities Capital Building Improvements Assessments/Evaluations

Our team functions as a supplemental resource to Trigon’s internal facilities staff. Strengths in organizational management and project implementation compliment the strong operational structure of Trigon, creating a comprehensive and knowledgeable team.
